SKILL #1: CLARIFYING YOUR DREAMS AND GOALS
Every single one of us was born to pursue an incredible dream — our life’s calling. However, many of us are unclear about what our dreams are, let alone how to get there. The first step to working towards our goals and living the life of our dreams is gaining clarity about what they are and the steps we need to follow to achieve them. This course will kickstart your progress towards your dreams and goals to help you fulfill your life’s calling.
SKILL #2: MANAGING OVERWHELM
Our modern world is fast, busy, and loud, which leaves so many of us in a state of constant overwhelm, unable to achieve what we need to get done — let alone live a life of meaning and purpose. In this class we dive deep into the causes of overwhelm and dissect practical strategies that you can immediately implement to overcome them.
SKILL #3: MAKING DECISIONS
Research tells us that we make 32,000 decisions every single day. That’s right — every. Single. Day. If you ever feel like you suffer from decision burnout and fatigue, so focussed on the minutia and practicalities of your life that you aren’t able to process the really important choices — this is the course for you. Join us to learn about the different kinds of decision-making required for Low-Impact, High-Impact, and Pivotal-Impact Decisions and learn practical formulas to help you leverage this skill in your life right away.
SKILL #4: OVERCOMING INACTION
Do you ever feel like your to-do list is always growing and you are never able to get done what you need to? Do you ever find yourself scrolling on your phone, procrastinating from the laundry, from growing in intimacy with your husband, or even from penning that novel you always promised yourself you’d write? The skill of overcoming inaction is essential if you want to break out of this vicious cycle. In this course, you will learn practical strategies to help you break the cycle of inaction and live your life in freedom and joy.
SKILL #5: MANAGING CRITICS
Let us tell you a secret. There will always be critics in your life — but you don’t always have to let them affect you. In this course we dissect different types of criticism and deep dive into why they affect us in the way they do. You will walk through criticisms that have affected you from your past and process them to move on in freedom, and learn a proven methodology to manage critics in every season of your life.
SKILL #6: DIFFUSING DRAMA

SKILL #8: RIDING DISCOMFORT
So often, we are tempted to see discomfort as a roadblock in our lives — an obstacle between us and the life we want to live. In this course you will learn to recalibrate your mindset around discomfort to ride through it with grit and grace to overcome challenges in your life and move closer to your dreams.
SKILL #9: GOING AGAINST THE NORM
Every day of our lives, society conditions us to look like, think like, and act like everyone else. We are taught that going against the norm is something to be ashamed about. Holding people accountable can often be a source of conflict and anxiety in our lives — but it doesn’t have to be. We often hear talk about the importance of boundaries, but we are rarely taught the practical steps for how to implement them in our lives, or when this is necessary.
