Pauline graduated from Benedictine College where she met her husband and received her degree in secondary education and french. She has been a stay-at-home mom since her first baby was born and is passionate about raising her children and building a life-giving community with other mothers.
The Woman School has given her the opportunity to both be home with her children and invest in the hearts of mother
She graduated from Western Michigan University with a double major in Elementary Education and Spanish. While in college Payton served as President of her Sorority, where she helped women to realize their potential. She is continuing that passion now with the Woman’s School.
How has the ABW Masterclass benefited you?
The Woman’s School woke me up. It was like I had been sleepwalking, going through the motions. Comfort is exhausting. The ABW MasterClass taught me how to dream. A skill that used to be so forgien to me. Dreaming, it turns out, is essential. Essential in the way that it has the ability to spark hope and peace. Through the Master Class I was able to learn more about myself, gain a whole new vocabulary, change my mindset, practice effective communication, set boundaries and standards, rewire my brain with scripts, learn how to manage my emotions and mind, and so much more. Simply put, The Woman’s School has taught me to live optimally. Not to mention the amount of epic one-liners I have acquired… “Life doesn’t happen to you, it happens for you”, and “I am a woman of solutions, not excuses” are some of my favorites.
What’s the best part about being a Strategist?
The best part about being a Strategist and helping women is that it allows for deep human connection and transformation. Walking with women on their journeys is such a gift. Each woman has her own sphere of influence, and to see women impacting souls in ways only they can is truly beautiful.
Why do you believe in this work?
You know how when you ask someone how they are doing, and they respond “I’m fine, I’m fine, really, I’m fine.” Yet you know they aren’t fine…? YEAH… that is an epidemic that is plaguing women. Put on the lipstick and smile pretty sweetie! As January says, the crisis of women is that we are depleted. Stuck. Hit every which way with others opinions, expectations, and fear. The Woman’s School teaches women the skills we never knew we needed. The perfect mix of tender and firm; teaching and guiding, with integrity and authentic love, while holding us accountable. Women were created to shine brightly, our own light complimenting the unique hues of other women’s light. I believe in this work because at the heart of The Woman’s School the mission is wholeness, to love yourself and others. There is nothing so holy as to love.
