Danika is an entrepreneur, a coach and a mentor. She was the very first Woman School Strategist to take clients through The Art of Being A Woman Masterclass in Ireland. Her coaching stems from fifteen years as an educator and four years in Ministry Leadership. She is inspired to help other women to realize their personal fulfillment so they can contribute their unique gifting to the world. Danika is inspired by the words of Edith Stein “That a woman who becomes or is becoming who she is meant to be, is like a pillar to which many fasten themselves, thereby attaining a firm footing.”

Danika came across The Woman School when she was seeking transformation in her dating life after a long season of singleness. Through The Woman School, she experienced a huge transformation not only in that part of her life but in every other part of her life too. With her enthusiasm, holy boldness, gifting of galvanizing and wonder, she is generally the leader of the pack, inspiring others to follow along on her next great adventure. Joining The Woman School as a strategist is the perfect way to extend her reach to inspire and empower other women to achieve transformation in every area of their life, to embrace their God given desires and walk out their dreams with passion and purpose.

Why do you believe in this work?

This program has changed the way I show up as a sister, a daughter, a girlfriend, an educator and a mentor. I am seeing exponential growth and transformation in my clients’ lives. The values in The Woman School align with my Faith. The Wholeness Model that the Woman School provides is necessary to grow and be fully integrated, body, mind, soul and spirit.

The Woman School has helped me move from living my life in default mode to intentionally designing my life in accordance with wholeness in mind, journeying back to my original design. I now approach life as one big adventure with a growth mindset and a passion for the impossible. As women we have been on a treadmill for too long, living to others expectations and experiencing depletion. The Woman School helps women break free from this, to explore the desires of their hearts, and live the dream life they design with passion and purpose.

As women many of us are privileged to have received a college education but that didn’t necessarily equip us with the mindset and skills that we need as women to transition into new life stages. Through The Woman School I gained the confidence to step back into the world of dating after many years of heartbreak. Navigating the dating scene was a peaceful, fun experience when I incorporated the mindset and skills training I learned at The Woman School. This led to me being able to show up more confidently in all my relationships with a deep sense of peace and joy. This training can help women transition from one stage of life into the next and navigate life milestones in between peacefully.

The Woman School has the capacity to change generations. As role models and educators we tell our students and children to dream and that anything is possible, but we have to believe it in our own lives first. The impact of learning the skill of dreaming and the mindset training that comes along with walking out the dream in The Woman School can positively impact the lives of children and generations to come.

It is refreshing being a part of a community of women who have a growth mindset. As women we can struggle with competition and comparison. Through The Woman School, communities of women are created. When we focus on our dreams and who we are becoming, we are more free to cheer on others in their pursuits.

Real Stories, Sustained Transformations

Through this class, I have learned that it’s not selfish of me to receive, but rather it’s selfish to not make time for my own growth, because we cannot give when we are empty. There are so many fruits that have come from this amazing gift, but the one that stands out most to me is so simple. My husband, Will, has said he has never felt so deeply loved, a depth we never knew existed. My children have echoed the same sentiment, and though we had what I would have called a happy home before, the skills we are utilizing have taken our home to a whole new level of peace and joy. – Mary Catherine

I love The Woman School because it doesn’t just encourage you to live a great life; instead, you are given a “how-to” guide and skill set training. These skills have positively impacted all of the areas of my life from my career to my marriage to my transition into motherhood. I’m so glad I made this investment in myself. – Nicolette Lewis -Mackenzie

The information and inspiration that January has provided would cost hundreds of dollars in counseling fees and major time/travel to those sessions. I wish I had these courses as a younger woman and young mother, but I can begin anywhere along the path. Thank you for gifting us with this knowledge and practical life skills. -Marcia
